Exchange and Returns

Returns Procedure

You have 14 days to return the items.

The returns procedure consists of two simple steps:

1. Return the relevant products in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered.

2. Carry the appropriate invoices/receipts.


Policies Any items that were given away for free with the relevant products must also be returned.

You must treat any products you wish to return with reasonable care and refrain from using them. The items must be returned in their original packaging. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the items while they are in your possession and may refuse your request to return, exchange, or refund.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories, in accordance with global retail industry standards: underwear, lingerie, bikini bottoms & one-piece swimsuits, health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics), or other products that are personalized to your order.


In the event of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product, or we will provide you with a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged, or incorrect products to us as soon as possible and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Any products purchased with an eGift card will be refunded using an eGift card - Any orders placed using a combination of payment methods (e.g., eGift + Card) will be refunded using the original payment method eGift card payments will be refunded using an eGift card, and the remaining balance will be credited to credit/debit cards - eGift card purchases and top-ups are non-refundable

Please keep in mind that this is subject to availability and is subject to our applicable policies.

Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department during working hours and within one hour of placing it.

Please keep in mind that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified time frames because the order will have been processed and can only be cancelled through the above-mentioned returns/refunds process.
